Well, spring is here and the freeline and planer board bite is in full swing. We’ve been catching some very nice fish on Bluebacks behind Planer Boards in mid-lake pockets and points. The water has been pretty clear where we’ve been fishing so be sure to set those baits 75-100 feet behind the boards and if freelining baits I like to run the baits a least 100 feet behind the boat.
